This page explains the information collected by the ApplyInBulk early-access waitlist.

What we collect

Your email address, the example you selected, and the time you signed up. If you joined using our earlier form, your record may also contain the optional request you entered then.

What it’s for

The ApplyInBulk team can use this information to understand what people want help with and contact you about early access. Your details aren’t submitted to any of the websites shown on this page.

Where it’s stored

Waitlist records are stored in the site’s Cloudflare database. They aren’t visible to other visitors. We use Resend to send your signup confirmation. Resend processes your email address, the confirmation message and delivery information. The site’s hosting providers also process technical information needed to serve the site. A temporary hashed request counter is used to limit spam; raw IP addresses are not saved in waitlist records.

Removing your sign-up

After you join, you can use “Remove my sign-up” on the home page from the same browser. A removal key is saved in that browser so it can securely remove your record. Clearing browser data removes that key. You can also use the removal link in your confirmation email from any browser. Opening the link shows a confirmation page; your details are removed when you choose “Remove my signup”.

Walkthroughs

The walkthroughs use fixed sample information. They do not save your personal details, send applications, contact providers or connect to marketplaces. Their sample content is separate from the real waitlist form. The landing page does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
